How to ignore specific set of dirs?

I use nix and there i have a mount /persistent that contains a similar copy to my home dir.

now if i do cd .config it becomes hard to predict that i am inside /home/ one or persistent one

what i want is that i can add /persistent to a ignore type array that will force zoxide to only go in persistent dir when i give full path.

Set zoxide's exclusion list before its shell initialization:

export _ZO_EXCLUDE_DIRS="$HOME:/persistent:/persistent/*"
eval "$(zoxide init bash)"

The colon-separated patterns exclude both /persistent and its descendants from ranked matches; $HOME preserves the usual home-directory exclusion. An explicit full path such as z /persistent/.config still navigates there. I checked both behaviors with zoxide 0.10.0. See the configuration docs.
