Subject: [PATCH] Fix line wrap of the uwu logo credit in the footer

The `.uwu-visible` class sets `display: flex`, so "Logo by" and the
@sawaratsuki1004 link become two flex items. When the footer column is
narrow, the "Logo by" item shrinks and wraps inside itself, and the link
stays beside it:

    Logo @sawaratsuki1004
    by

Add `flex-wrap` so the link moves to the next line as a whole. Replace
the link's `ms-1` with `gap-x-1` on the container, so the link has no
indent when it wraps.
