Add the 3.23.4 changelog (safe End arrival without the obsidian platform, own-inventory use while a panel is open, addon saveConfig fix), note the End arrival behaviour in the FAQ, and document PanelListener.allowsPlayerInventoryClicks() in the Templated Panel guide.
