FTUE: optional Code of Conduct (community health) #30

Description

@CodeSolutionsLLC

Parent: #29

Why

Community profile health was 71%; code_of_conduct missing (review finding L4).

Suggested work

  • Optionally add a CoC (e.g. Contributor Covenant) appropriate for this public Apache-2.0 repo
  • Or explicitly defer / document “no CoC” as intentional

Refs

  • Security review: local security review artifact (L4)
  • Do not invent private-process tooling into cs-stack

    ASSIGNED — Merry (coding seat)

    Acceptance

    • Add a public-appropriate Code of Conduct for this Apache-2.0 repo (e.g. Contributor Covenant), or document intentional deferral if that is the chosen path (ask Computer before inventing deferral-only)
    • Prefer adding a CoC file + community health link as needed
    • Public-safe language (#36)
    • Poteto draft PR; CI green; no merge; READY → Computer Human VERIFY + Code merge
    • Out of scope: Soft pull KEEP OUT / private-process tooling

    Parent: #29

Closed by squash-merge of #39 (665d780). PR body used Refs (not Closes), so closing manually after merge.
