Public issues and comments stay brand-safe only. Evidence reports stay local-only. Further process-language posting into public repos remains on hold until maintainer-directed.

One-time public scrub acceptance was already done. Standing brand-safe language remains policy for new public issues/PRs/comments; this tracker is closed so it is not a false open coding leaf.
