docs: install profiles — full / leaf / careful-only (#556 C) #42

Why

Coding PAUSE is lifted. Document named install profiles so buyers and leaf workers do not have to load the full skill set.

In scope

Update public docs only:

1. docs/INSTALL.md — add a clear Install profiles section with three profiles:

   Profile	Skills	Typical use
   full	setup-cs-stack + careful-mode + investigate + fix-bug + ship-change + verify + review-pr	coding front door
   leaf	investigate + fix-bug + verify (+ careful-mode optional)	single-leaf implementers
   careful-only	careful-mode (+ verify optional)	high-stakes one-offs

2. Cross-link from docs/PLAYBOOK-V0.md and/or README.md Install section (one short pointer each).
3. Keep Grok Bot–only framing; no rival hosts; no marketplace packaging; no Soft pull / starship-* fleet skills.

Out of scope

• Changing skills/setup-cs-stack/SKILL.md flags (sibling leaf)
• Media skills (press / Scout / Plainwrap / Studio / Scribe)
• Template restage / Publish
• Merge (maintainers only)

Acceptance

• Profiles table live in docs/INSTALL.md with the three rows above
• Pointers from PLAYBOOK-V0 and/or README
• Public language safe (no internal roster / private trackers)
• CI green; poteto; READY to Computer (no self-merge)
