docs: INSTALL profiles — note setup-cs-stack always copied (align #42/#43) #47

Why

After #42/#43, skills/setup-cs-stack/SKILL.md always copies setup-cs-stack on every profile (so profile selection can re-run). docs/INSTALL.md §3 table for leaf and careful-only still omits that package.

In scope

1. Update docs/INSTALL.md §3 Install profiles table so leaf and careful-only list setup-cs-stack as always present (same meaning as the skill).
2. Keep optional packages wording (careful-mode on leaf; verify on careful-only).
3. Touch README / PLAYBOOK only if a one-line pointer is now wrong (unlikely).

Out of scope

• Changing skills/setup-cs-stack/SKILL.md behavior
• Soft pull of starship-*
• Media / fleet-* skills
• Merge

Acceptance

• INSTALL §3 leaf + careful-only rows match setup-cs-stack always-install set
• Public-safe language; no private roster / Soft pull invent
• CI green; poteto; READY to Computer

Paths

• In: docs/INSTALL.md (README / PLAYBOOK only if pointer drift)
• Out: skills/**, workflows, templates
