skill: setup-cs-stack install profiles (full / leaf / careful-only)

Summary

setup-cs-stack now chooses one install profile per run (full, leaf, or careful-only) and copies only that profile into the Grok Bot skill library. Confirm checks the resolved set. Re-runs stay idempotent. Optional models and roles stay fail-open.

How to verify

• Profile selection is one step: a full / leaf / careful-only argument, or a single ask before any copy.
• full installs setup-cs-stack, careful-mode, investigate, fix-bug, ship-change, verify, review-pr.
• leaf installs investigate, fix-bug, verify, and setup-cs-stack (so profile selection can be re-run). careful-mode is included only when named.
• careful-only installs careful-mode and setup-cs-stack. verify is included only when named.
• Confirm lists match that resolved set.
• Same profile on a second pass skips unchanged files.
