  • Telephony and voicebot systems

• Member of Technical Staff, AI @ Exotel, Bengaluru (2025 – 2026)

  • Owned the evals for the ASR, TTS and LLM models behind production voicebots; compared vendors and integrated the models into the voicebot pipeline
  • Worked on the multi-agent systems, guardrails and PII redaction behind the bots; built a prototype agent to debug live calls in plain language

• System Development Engineer 2, AI Solutions @ Dell Technologies (2024 – 2025, joined as graduate intern)

  • Built a tool for fine-tuning, training and load-testing LLMs on GPU clusters and took it to production, cutting manual effort from days to hours
  • Built the backend of a platform running models of up to 70B parameters across multi-node GPU clusters
  • Part of a pilot on HPC benchmarking and automation for a supercomputer at NERSC
