Give Prometheus's issue-analysis agents free web search with Parallel Search MCP. Unconfigured search uses Fast mode without an account or API key. Existing Tavily keys keep Tavily selected;
PROMETHEUS_WEB_SEARCH_PROVIDERalso supports explicitparallel,tavily, anddisabledchoices. Errors never trigger a provider switch.To try it, leave
PROMETHEUS_TAVILY_API_KEYunset and run an issue-analysis workflow. Tavily remains available for custom result limits and domain filters. Runpytest tests/tools/test_parallel_search.pyfor the provider and dispatcher checks. The full test suite needs a Docker-enabled environment.I work at Parallel.
