Finish porting the point nodes to vector pool storage and apply Path node edits in linear time

Removes some of the master parity wrapper around a few nodes that added indirection. This intentionally changes (for the better) some behavior:

• Jitter Points now moves free points (those with no segments) instead of leaving them in place.
• Jitter Points and Offset Points now move a quadratic segment's single handle by the average of its anchors' offsets, without applying the layer transform to it a second time.
• Typing a handle's X or Y in the Path tool now places it at that position, even on a shape like an Ellipse whose handles the Path node hasn't edited yet.
• In a Path node's edits, re-adding a point or segment ID that already exists is now skipped in every build instead of creating a duplicate.
• A point that is a handle in one path and an anchor in another now stays connected under Jitter Points and Offset Points.
