I just double checked that Grammar: there is indeed no support yet for
CREATE DATABASE ...PRs are welcome.

PR #2471 adds a typed
CreateDatabasestatement:CREATE DATABASE [IF NOT EXISTS] <name>parses intoCreateDatabase(withgetDatabaseName()), and vendor-specific options after the name such as MySQL'sDEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8mb4are captured verbatim and round-trip unchanged.feat: support CREATE DATABASE statement (#2070) (#2471)
