💫 About Me:

Hi, I'm Jayant.

I am a software developer and open-source contributor specializing in systems security, backend infrastructure, and automation. Currently, I am a contributor to QubesOS as part of Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2026.

WHAT I'M WORKING ON
• Systems & Virtualization Security: Developing and improving core VM management tools, UX dialogs, and workflows within Qubes OS.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Designing scalable automation workflows and configuration templates using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Active Open-Source Engineering: Submitting upstream patches, reviewing code, and resolving complex edge cases across ecosystem projects like qubes-manager, qubes-ansible, and openml-python.
