Release PR for the TD-9488 EOL dependency work (feature PRs #168–#171, merged to main at 2.1.2).

Only change: bump package.json 2.1.2 → 3.0.0 + stamp the CHANGELOG [3.0.0] date. Merging this is the single push that flips the version, so the release workflow publishes the complete v3 to npm (the feature PRs deliberately stayed at 2.1.2 so none of them published mid-stack).

What ships in v3.0.0

  • @apollo/client 3 + graphql 16 (replaces EOL apollo-client 2 / graphql 14)
  • pino 10 logger (removes the inflight chain), js-yaml 4, Node 22 floor
  • TS 5.9 + jest 30 toolchain, yarn→npm, nock 14 test net
  • Production npm audit: 322 → 0

Breaking changes

See CHANGELOG.md [3.0.0] + MIGRATING-v3.md. Headlines: Node ≥22 required; "Network error: " prefix dropped; logger type is now an exported structural interface; Apollo type import sources moved. Most consumers need no code changes.

After merge: tag v3.0.0 + GitHub release; verify npm view @jupiterone/jupiterone-client-nodejs version.

Bump version 2.1.2 -> 3.0.0 and stamp the CHANGELOG release date. This is the
release PR for the TD-9488 EOL dependency work (merged via #168-#171 at 2.1.2);
merging this triggers the npm publish of the complete v3.
