Post-release cleanup. Removes the working artifacts that drove the v3 EOL upgrade — they've served their purpose and don't belong in the shipped repo.

Removed

  • DEPENDENCY-AUDIT.md — phased plan / status log
  • PUBLIC-API.md + PUBLIC-API.baseline.d.ts — contract snapshot used to diff the public API across phases
  • Dangling PUBLIC-API.baseline.d.ts references in tsconfig.json, tsconfig.dist.json, .eslintignore

Kept

  • MIGRATING-v3.md + CHANGELOG.md (customer-facing)
  • src/index.nock.test.ts, src/yaml-parsing.test.ts (real tests)

No version bump — version stays 3.0.0 == npm latest, so the release workflow skips publish on merge. type-check + build verified clean.

Remove the working artifacts used to drive the v3 EOL upgrade — they served
their purpose during the migration and don't belong in the shipped repo:

- DEPENDENCY-AUDIT.md (phased plan / status log)
- PUBLIC-API.md + PUBLIC-API.baseline.d.ts (contract snapshot used to diff the
  public API across phases)

Also drop the now-dangling PUBLIC-API.baseline.d.ts references from tsconfig.json,
tsconfig.dist.json, and .eslintignore.

Kept: MIGRATING-v3.md and the CHANGELOG (customer-facing), plus the real tests
(src/index.nock.test.ts, src/yaml-parsing.test.ts).
