docs: add Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit Super rows to BENCHMARK.md - #79
Benchmark results were measured on JetPack 7.2 / CUDA 13.2 with commit e680fc3 (built for sm_87 with GGML_CUDA_NO_VMM=ON, 25 W power mode, average of three runs), using the commands detailed in the Methodology section.
-ASR: Measured on the full LibriSpeech test-clean set (WER with the Whisper English normalizer).
-TTS: Measured on the Riva filelist and the bench inputs.
Note: NeMo (PyTorch) was not run on the board, so only NeMo-Speech.cpp rows are added.
AI disclosure: the benchmark runs were orchestrated and the table text was generated by an AI assistant (Claude) from the raw bench logs; the owner reviewed the numbers and submits them.

`GGML_CUDA_NO_VMM=ON` works around the ggml VMM pool reservation failure on integrated Jetson GPUs (#77). The fused CUDA decoder and local-transformer paths need more SMs than the Orin has, so MagpieTTS runs on the ggml round graphs here. Average of three runs for every row.
Correct the local-transformer fallback reason in the Jetson notes.
The benchmark note says the fused CUDA decoder and local-transformer paths need more SMs than the Orin has. The fused decoder matches this. Its persistent tier check fails on SM count. The local-transformer path does not match. Its fallback to ggml round graphs comes from an unsupported chain or a non-Q8_0 model, not from an SM count. Update the note so the two paths give their own fallback reasons. Also confirm that GGML_CUDA_NO_VMM is defined in the vendored ggml build, because this checkout does not include the ggml source.

| Metrics | Compute per chunk is the time to process one chunk; NeMo's excludes feature extraction, which its streaming example runs per utterance. Throughput is audio duration over wall time; NeMo's likewise excludes feature extraction. WER uses the Whisper English normalizer. |
| CPU subset | Every 26th utterance of test-clean (100 utterances, 40 speakers, 13.3 min) |
| Trials | RTX 4090and CPU: NeMo-Speech.cpp average of three, NeMo one |
| Trials | RTX 4090, CPU and Jetson: NeMo-Speech.cpp average of three, NeMo one |
The ASR table includes DGX Spark NeMo-Speech.cpp rows, but line 166 lists only RTX 4090, CPU, and Jetson. The document supports three-run averaging for the Jetson rows, but it does not state the DGX Spark trial count. Add DGX Spark with its actual trial rule; do not assume it used three runs.
