Updates the eleven xWeatherRouting Alpha packages to 1.32.0.

• Quick2 and configurable Auto/All: an independent bounded CPU frontier search, with saved engine membership. Auto retains Quick2's validated candidate while Standard searches independently with its normal allowance.
• Professional recovery: preserves validated incumbents, compares unrestricted and focused native recovery, and honours arrival horizons and continuation-sensitive state pruning.
• Best partial route: failed All searches can retain independently replayed prefixes for inspection. Their actual endpoint, endpoint time and remaining distance are shown; they remain incomplete and supply no destination ETA or completed-passage export.
• Live chart progress: bounded search-front and provisional-path previews for visible computations, labelled unvalidated. This includes the 1.31 changes.
• Android parity: the established touch workflow exposes the new engine settings and partial results. Personal boats, polars and routes are preserved during upgrade.

Both complete 22-job CircleCI platform/API matrices pass, with 17,304 enabled CTest passes and no skips or failures. Separate Windows x86/x64 Actions builds also pass. Normal-installation checks cover stock OpenCPN imports, shoreline routes and reinstall preservation. Android has on-device engine and GUI qualification plus the 16 KiB package audit. Minimum plugin API remains 1.21; both 1.21 and 1.22 header builds are checked.

All eleven public archive/XML pairs are downloaded and checked against the deployment manifest and original CI payloads. Every tarball contains matching root-level metadata.xml for OpenCPN Plugin Manager import. Catalogue checksums come from the verified public archives. The macOS package is ARM64; Windows x86 and x64 are separate targets.
