Summary

This PR adds documentation for the site-wide natural-language printer assistant introduced in #230. It is documentation-only and contains no application or implementation changes.

What is documented

docs/foomatic-assistant.md — architecture

• Query pipeline: normalization → entity resolution → intent classification → typed query → local execution → typed response
• Intent precedence and how "this printer" / "this driver" context is resolved
• Grounding rules: unknown values are never treated as negative, data gaps are reported rather than guessed, and recommendation artifacts are reused as-is
• Suggestion-chip rules, data access, and measured performance
• Tunable constants and testing overview

docs/foomatic-assistant-queries.md — supported queries

• What the assistant can answer, with representative phrasings and known limitations

docs/foomatic-data-formats.md — schema update

• The printersMap.json schema now includes the catalogue capability fields the assistant relies on (color, maxDpi, psLevel, pclLevel, cs, rd), the omit-when-unknown rule, and lib/foomatic/catalog.ts as the source of truth for the projection
