[refactor] Update NuGet packages #286

Description

Update all NuGet packages across the ByteSync solution to their latest available versions to ensure security, performance, and bug fixes.
Important details to follow:

• Upgrade all NuGet packages to their latest stable versions.

• DO NOT update the Avalonia packages to a newer major version. All Avalonia packages must remain on version 11 to ensure UI stability and prevent compatibility issues.
