What's changed?
I've chosen to revert timeouts as we're getting more timeouts from Profile and Hydra APIs.
I've done some investigation:
I think we should investigate and reduce these slow (or handle it better) before applying it. I could just increase the timeout, but I'm not sure if there is a point to having one when it gets past 20 seconds.
