Overview
Switches SVS prebuilt shared-library downloads from nightly 0.5.0rc10 tarballs to the official GitHub v0.5.0 release URLs for Clang and GCC toolchains in cmake/svs.cmake.

The three SVS_URL defaults are updated in place (same glibc/GCC/Clang gates); artifact names drop the 0.5.0rc10 segment and use the releases/download/v0.5.0/ path instead of nightly/. Behavior when SVS_SHARED_LIB is enabled is unchanged aside from which tarball FetchContent pulls.
