Room for what callers add to the generated file afterwards: RoboStack adds a few lines to every job, which put lyrical's 149-job win-64 workflow 442 bytes over GitHub's 500 KiB limit, and GitHub refused it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

vinca-ghakeeps a workflow under GitHub's 500 KiB limit, but a caller that adds to the file afterwards needs room for that.RoboStack's
rs ghaadds a few lines to every job, about 5 KiB for 150 jobs. That put lyrical's 149-job win-64 workflow 442 bytes over the limit (512,442 bytes), and GitHub refused it (RoboStack/robostack run 39937232870).The generated workflow now stays 10 KiB under the limit (
WORKFLOW_SIZE_MARGIN_BYTES). That covers RoboStack's additions with a small buffer. The error message still names GitHub's 500 KiB limit, plus the margin.All 308 tests pass, and ruff is clean.
