Releases Socket Python CLI 2.10.10 and updates the default reachability engine from
@coana-tech/cli15.12.1 to 15.12.3.DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSIONinreachability.pydrives the pinnednpx/npm installspec when--reach-versionis omitted; the CLI reference documents the new default.
