Summary

• Show the recommender version on the About screen when the instance runs it ([Bug]: APP doesn't See the recommendation Container #114).
• Honour the server's Retry-After delay (up to 30 s) for playback calls, and retry 429 responses.
• Update every channel alert with one request through the new bulk endpoint, falling back to per-channel updates on older servers.

Validation

• Android unit tests, lint and androidTest compilation passed.
• Server side: the bulk endpoint and Retry-After responses ship in TypeType 1.11.1.
• Not verified on a device: the About screen row and the bulk alert switch.
