Adds a Deploy workflow so docs/v3 can be QA'd on docs-next.walletconnect.com, with a preview URL for every PR.

• Push to docs/v3: pnpm build, then wrangler deploy to the walletconnect-docs Worker. Terraform binds that Worker to docs-next.walletconnect.com (WalletConnect/infra#618).
• Same-repo PRs: wrangler versions upload --preview-alias pr-<N>, then a PR comment with the preview URL. PRs from forks are skipped because they get no secrets.
• wrangler.jsonc: sets workers_dev and preview_urls explicitly (preview URLs live on workers.dev). Notes that custom domains are owned by Terraform, so no routes here.
• README and AGENTS.md: replace the Workers Builds references with this workflow.

Uses the CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN secret and the CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID variable on this repo. The token is scoped to the Reown account with Workers Scripts Edit and Account Settings Read only.

Required before this can pass (on docs/v3, not in this PR)

1. Commit public/. .gitignore line 100 (public, an old Gatsby rule) ignores it, so images, logos and the favicon exist only locally. A CI build has 94 broken /images/... references.
2. Commit pnpm-lock.yaml. It is in .gitignore, and the workflow runs pnpm install --frozen-lockfile.

Please do not

• Connect Workers Builds in the Cloudflare dashboard as well. Two deployers on one Worker overwrite each other.
• Merge docs/v3 into main before the cutover. Mintlify still builds docs.walletconnect.com from main.

At cutover

Change branches: [docs/v3] to [main] in deploy.yml, together with the infra PR that moves docs.walletconnect.com from Mintlify to the Worker.

Suggested follow-ups (not in this PR)

• Send X-Robots-Tag: noindex from worker/index.ts when the host is not docs.walletconnect.com.
• update-specs.yml still adds Mintlify paths (api/, docs.json) that no longer exist on v3.
• Mintlify serves sitemap.xml, robots.txt and an MCP server at /mcp today. v3 has none of them.
