WalkthroughAdds a decoder for H1 position reports. It extracts airport and waypoint data from qualifying messages, records the final waypoint as position and timestamp when available, and marks successful results as partial. The decoder is registered in the plugin list and official exports. Tests cover message variants and invalid input. ChangesH1 Position Report Decoder

Review comments at @lib/plugins/Label_H1_76401.ts:
- Line 55: Update the waypoint position and time presence checks to test whether
the fields are undefined rather than relying on numeric truthiness, so
zero-valued coordinates and a 00:00:00 timestamp are accepted.
- Line 47: Update the invalid-position branch in the waypoint parsing loop to
pass the full line to ResultFormatter.unknown instead of line.substring(19),
preserving unparsed waypoint text in remaining.text.
- Line 8: Add Label_H1_76401 to the pluginClasses list used by MessageDecoder
and export it from the official plugin index so the default dispatch path can
discover and dispatch this plugin.
- Line 39: Update the `position` check in the waypoint-adding flow to require
finite latitude and longitude values using `Number.isFinite` before adding a
waypoint. Preserve valid zero coordinates.

Register Label_H1_76401 in the default dispatch path.
MessageDecoder constructs and dispatches only plugins from pluginClasses. Add Label_H1_76401 to that list and export it from the official plugin index.

Reject non-numeric coordinate fields before adding a waypoint.
CoordinateUtils.decodeStringCoordinates returns an object whenever the first character is N or S and the middle character is W or E. It does not check the numeric fields. For a line such as N12ABCW123456, Number('12ABC') yields NaN, so the returned latitude is NaN. The plugin's if (position) check treats that object as valid and pushes a waypoint with a NaN latitude into the route. A NaN latitude on the last waypoint is skipped by the later lastWaypoint.latitude && lastWaypoint.longitude check, but it still appears in the route output.
Checking the numeric fields with Number.isFinite rejects NaN and keeps valid zero values.

61-61: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winAdd a dispatch test for the 76401 registration.
Label_H1_76401.test.tscallsplugin.decode()directly. RemovingPlugins.Label_H1_76401frompluginClasseswould not fail any test. Plugins are tried in list order, so this registration can affect which plugin decodes a76401preamble message. A test throughnew MessageDecoder().decode(...)covers that wiring.🧪 Suggested test

76401preamble. Decoded reports can include departure and arrival airports, route waypoints, and the latest available position and timestamp. Reports with usable route information are decoded partially, while unrecognized text is retained for reference.
