Add update-origin, translate-file and prh-terminology skills under .agents/skills in Agent Skills format. update-origin keeps its classification and verification scripts and per-role instruction files.

.agents/skills/を読むエージェントであれば、製品に依存せずに同じ手順を実行できます。AGENTS.md: リポジトリ構成、コマンド、翻訳規則 (行数一致、.en.*の扱い、見出し ID、注釈プレフィックス)、パッチの更新手順、Angular.jp 固有の設定、コミットと PR の規約。CONTRIBUTING.mdとUPDATE_ORIGIN.mdに書かれた内容はリンクで参照しています。.agents/skills/update-origin/: origin 同期の手順、差分の分類と検証のスクリプト、ファイル単位の移行作業の指示書 (roles/)。サブエージェントへ委譲できない環境では、指示書を順に自分で実行するよう書いています。.agents/skills/translate-file/: 新規ファイルの翻訳手順.agents/skills/prh-terminology/:prh.ymlの用語辞書を管理する手順update-originの手順に固定で書かれていた過去の origin コミットハッシュは、<old-hash>に置き換えました。翻訳・修正
変更内容はCONTRIBUTING.md に記載されたワークフローに従っていることを確認してください。
