Purpose

Backport the DataSplit v9 decoder changes from #9817 to release-2.0.

pypaimon-rust 0.4.0rc1 serializes DataSplit v9, while the release-2.0 PyPaimon decoder only accepts v8. Native planning therefore succeeds in Rust but falls back after Python split deserialization fails.

Changes

  • Accept DataSplit versions 8 and 9.
  • Decode the matching 20-field or 21-field DataFileMeta layout.
  • Preserve v8 compatibility.
  • Add Java/paimon-rust v9 golden coverage for data and indexed splits.

Tests

  • python -m unittest pypaimon.tests.native_plan_test pypaimon.tests.split_serializer_test
  • python -m unittest pypaimon.tests.native_plan_integration_test with pypaimon-rust==0.4.0rc1
  • flake8 on both changed files
