Tested menu-only, using CachyOS repos (added last). Seems to work fine 👍 |

Description
Two small improvements to the additional package selection menu.
Previously, the additional package selector only displayed packages from a hardcoded list of repositories (
core, extra, and optionally enabled repositories). This prevented packages from custom repositories already configured in
/etc/pacman.conffrom appearing in the selection menu, even though pacman could discover and install them. The repository allowlist has been removed so packages from all configured repositories are available for selection.
The package loading screen now displays the repositories detected from the current pacman configuration instead of relying on a hardcoded list.
For example, with
core, extra, andforgeconfigured:This preserves the repository order defined in the pacman configuration.
Testing
Tested on Arch Linux AArch64 with a custom
[forge]repository configured in/etc/pacman.conf.coreandextraremain available.forgeappear in the additional package selector.Scope
This change only affects repositories already configured in the live environment. Custom repositories added through Archinstall's own configuration menu are not included until they are applied to pacman's configuration.
