Stamps v0.20.0 into nix/package.nix and both plugin.json files. The v0.20.0 tag follows once this merges, so release.sh finds nothing to commit and pushes only the tag.

v0.20.0 carries everything merged since v0.19.0:

• feat(cards): move and copy cards to other projects #973: move and copy what the web can, across projects. Cards, to-dos (single and bulk), to-do lists and groups, messages, Docs & Files (bulk, --to-folder), card table columns, schedule entries, check-in questions, email forwards, and whole tools. basecamp filings show. A guard refusing container flags a move or copy would ignore. projects logo set/remove. basecamp-sdk v0.31.0.
• Emit "data": [] for a list that found nothing #979: empty lists print "data": [], and --count prints 0.
• Point the skill at config show for project context #980: the skill points agents at basecamp config show.
• Fail when Basecamp drops a requested assignee #981: an assignee Basecamp drops is an error naming the record, not a silent success.
• Delete Campfire lines through their Campfire, and explain Ping refusals #970: delete Campfire lines through their Campfire, and explain Ping refusals.
• The skill's move and copy rule and triggers, once that PR merges ahead of the tag.

A minor bump: cross-project moves and copies are new commands and flags.

go.mod changed since v0.19.0 (basecamp-sdk v0.31.0). scripts/update-nix-flake.sh verified the existing vendorHash with a Docker Nix build, so only the version moves.
