FastMCP's auto mode validates Host and Origin only when the server is bound to loopback; a non-loopback bind (including the Docker image's 0.0.0.0) needs explicit allowlists to get it. Changelog entries for the v0.24.0 milestone PRs that were written in parallel without changelog edits, to avoid conflicts between them: #1697, #1698, #1699, #1700, #1701, #1702, #1704 and #1705.
