Consider making the fullWidth prop apply for textPosition right too. Currently it only applies to textPosition left:

What does this PR do?
Adds a
fullWidthprop toBBBToggle. WithtextPosition="left"or"right", the row fills its container, putting the text and the switch at opposite ends (left: text at the start, switch at the end;right: switch at the start, text aligned to the end). Withtop/bottom, or when the prop is unset, the layout doesn't change.Closes Issue(s)
