🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Preserve the expiry when caching the same token again.

If a slow-clock tab calls set() again with the same raw token, this new cachedAt restarts the lifetime term and replaces the earlier deletion timer. With a 40-second clock lag and a 60-second token lifetime, recaching at age 50 seconds moves the effective expiry from age 60 to age 100 seconds. get() can therefore return that token after server expiry. Retain the earlier effective expiry for the same raw token. The PR objectives identify this recaching gap.

Review comment at @packages/clerk-js/src/core/tokenCache.ts at line 321:
Update the set() caching flow so recaching an entry with the same raw token
preserves its earlier effective expiry instead of resetting cachedAt and
replacing the deletion timer; continue using a new expiry for a different token.
