The trust model section of the security page links to an "Inline managed roles" heading that only exists since 1.30 (
DatabaseRole). It was added by cloudnative-pg/cloudnative-pg#10811 and backported without that feature. Link the page without the anchor. 1.28 and 1.29 are EOL, so the fix lives here. Removes the two broken anchor warnings fromyarn build.
