TPU support in GCP is experimental, but TPU offers currently appear for anyone who configures a GCP backend, adding noise when exploring offers.
This PR makes TPU support opt-in via
tpu: truein the GCP backend settings, following Hot Aisle’sbare_metaloption. The docs mark TPU support as experimental and show how to enable it.Validation: 51 targeted tests passed, along with Ruff, Pyright, and the strict docs build.
