Updated the runner environment for all jobs in the workflow to 'warp-ubuntu-latest-x64-2x'.

2x the speed for 50% the cost! Let's see how it goes!

Overview
Switches every job in the Deploy workflow to the warp-ubuntu-latest-x64-2x runner instead of GitHub-hosted ubuntu-22.04 (lint, typecheck, vitest, Playwright) and ubuntu-24.04 (container build and deploy).

No step commands, dependencies, or deploy logic change—only where CI runs.

Custom runners unavailable by default

High Severity

warp-ubuntu-latest-x64-2x is a WarpBuild runner label, not a GitHub-hosted image. Jobs stay queued forever unless the WarpBuild GitHub App is installed and allowed on that repo. This workflow ships with every new Epic Stack project, so CI and deploys never start for users without that setup.
