This updates server-utils so that all integrations are exported from
@sentry/server-utilsinstead of@sentry/server-utils/orchestrion.It also unifies prisma & vercel ai integrations to all live in the
integrationssubfolder for consistency. Also does this for test folders.Further, it fully removes the
@sentry/server-utils/orchestrionendpoint. this was used to export runtime orchestrion-related things, but we do not really need this anymore, this is just part of server-utils now. thus,detectOrchestrionSetupandInstrumentationConfigare exported there.isOrchestrionInjectedhas been removed as we did not use this anywhere.And
remixChannelsandnestjsChannelsis exported via@sentry/server-utils/orchestrion/confignow which IMHO makes more sense (this is where this lives anyhow).
