feat(node): Send the graphile-worker crontab schedule as monitor config

Part of a series adding automatic Crons monitoring for the most-used job schedulers in each SDK. Check-ins for a monitor that doesn't exist yet are dropped, so today each monitor has to be created by hand with its schedule copied from the code. Sending the job's schedule as the monitor config lets Sentry create the monitor and keep it in sync.

graphileWorkerIntegration now sends the crontab schedule with each in_progress check-in, in UTC like graphile-worker, so Sentry creates the monitor on the first run. The crontab is rebuilt from the values graphile-worker parsed so both read the day fields the same way: 0 0 */2 * 1 is sent as 0 0 1,3,5,…,31 * 1.
