Adds prompts-bei-bw/ with the approach for transferring conversation protocols into BEI_BW forms via an LLM (fill list per field instead of rebuilding the form), a keyword-to-form mapping derived from Beispiel 1, the copy-ready prompt for Bogen A (Basisbogen), and a test run against the filled Beispiel 1 reference with zero misassignments. The blank template for Bogen C contains hint texts ("Siehe
Vorbereitungsbogen", "Aus dem Gespraech am XX.XX.XXXX:", "Aus dem
Teilhabebericht vom XX.XX.XXXX:") that the filled form keeps as a
scaffold and extends with verbatim quotes from the conversation
protocol. Unlike Bogen A, the template has no checkbox content
controls, so the prompt can emit the complete form text in template
order, block by block.
The prompt carries an assignment catalogue with signal words and
traps for the nine ICF life domains, a coverage check that lists
unassigned and multiply assigned sentences, and a self check. The
test run against the filled Beispiel 1 reproduces the domain
assignment of the case worker for seven of nine domains; the other
two differ only by one additional assignment and by sentences that
are missing from the delivered protocol. The keyword analysis and
README are extended accordingly, and a shareable page is added.

The case worker does not want to copy blocks by hand or edit the prompt per case. This splits the work: the model derives name, date and speaker abbreviations itself and emits the assignment as JSON with a fixed schema, and tools/fill_bei_bw_c.py writes that JSON into the Word template with python-docx. The script only replaces the date in the hint lines and appends quotes as paragraphs cloned from the template's own paragraphs, so layout, header, footer, tables and numbering stay untouched. It also writes a small check protocol listing unassigned and multiply assigned sentences. The prompt in 08_prompt_erhebungsbogen_c_direkt.txt embeds the script verbatim so a chat assistant with code execution can run it and return the .docx; without code execution it returns the JSON and the script runs once locally (fuellen.cmd for Windows). tools/zuordnung_beispiel1.json is the Beispiel 1 assignment used to verify the output against the filled reference form. The README and the shared page are extended. The Gesundheitsbogen differs from Bogen C: it has checkbox content controls for the eight ICF chapters and for every b-code row, a diagnosis list and an explanation column. tools/fill_bei_bw_b.py sets those checkboxes (w14:checked plus the MS Gothic glyph), writes the diagnoses as list items, fills the explanation cell of each code row and appends the supplementary notes, and reports codes whose chapter table is missing from the template instead of dropping them. The prompt encodes the source rule that matters most on this form: diagnoses and ticks only from medical sources (doctor's letter, Teilhabebericht, previous form), verbatim quotes from the conversation only as explanations and supplementary notes. Ticks inferred from diagnosis wording are flagged as "abgeleitet" in the check protocol. No blank template B was available, so a blank derived from the filled Beispiel 1 (chapter 1 table only) is included for testing; the README asks to re-test with the ministry's original template. Two test fills (conversation only, and the reference with F70.0 and six ticks) are verified. README, keyword analysis and a shared page are extended.
