LICENSE.mdwas formatted as plain paragraphs with manual bold markers, which rendered inconsistently and did not reflect the document's actual section structure.What changed
Reformats
LICENSE.mdwith proper Markdown structure: a document title, section and subsection headings, consistent paragraph spacing, and bullet lists for the lettered clauses. Also fixes a malformed emphasis marker around "governs" in the opening paragraph.Notes
