+NovaAI is distributed under the MIT License. Its license contains the

+copyright notice and the MIT permission notice being included in all  
+copies or substantial portions of the Software.

+2. Material I allege infringes  
+
+I allege that substantial portions of:

+reproduce NovaAI source code while failing to preserve the required  
+CacheNetworks copyright and MIT permission notice.

+The NekoSuneAI repository was created on August 3, 2026, after NovaAI,  
+and its own GitHub repository description states that it is "A  
+rebrand/refocus of NovaAI."  
+

+the file. In the opening portion, a conspicuous change is the  
+replacement of the project name "NovaAI" with "NekoSuneAI" in a  
+comment while the surrounding implementation remains substantially the  
+same.  
+
+Additional files have identical Git blob hashes between the NovaAI  
+package and the renamed NekoSuneAI package, showing byte-for-byte  
+identical content, including representative files such as:

+I did not find the required CacheNetworks copyright and MIT permission  
+notice preserved in the NekoSuneAI repository during my investigation.  
+
+I am not alleging that the MIT License prohibited all copying or  
+modification. My complaint is that the authorization granted by the  
+MIT License is conditional on preservation of the original copyright  
+and permission notice, and I believe the reproduced NovaAI material is  
+being distributed without compliance with that condition.  
+
+3. Requested remedy  
+
+To remedy the alleged infringement, the affected user should either:  
+
+(a) preserve and reproduce the original NovaAI MIT copyright and  
+permission notice, including "Copyright (c) 2026 CacheNetworks," with  
+all copies or substantial portions of NovaAI-derived software as  
+required by the MIT License, while making clear which portions are  
+their own modifications; or  
+
+(b) remove the NovaAI-derived source code for which they are not  
+complying with the applicable license conditions.  
+
+If the affected user does not remedy the license violation, I request  
+that GitHub disable access to the infringing material as appropriate  
+under GitHub's DMCA policy.
