Binaries in distributed extension are unstripped #4482

We've made some improvements, which will be part of CodeQL 2.27.0. The improvements save close to 300 MiB. Running
strip --strip-unneededmight have a negative impact on crash reports, so we didn't want to go that far.Reacted by Iavael
Binaries in
github.vscode-codeql/distribution2/codeql/**are unstripped which significantly increase size extension package.For example, on linux stripping (with
strip --strip-unneede) ELF binaries in this directory significantly decreases its size from 1.1 GiB to 660 MiB
