Bump getting started to 15.0.0 with its requirements, and update the pages that describe options removed or warnings turned into errors.

Docs for graphql-java-tools 15.0.0. Merge it with the 15.0.0 release, not before. It has #83 (14.5.0) merged in, since both touch getting started and the options page, so merge #83 first and this diff shrinks to the 15.0.0 part.
Getting started:
SchemaParserDictionary.getDictionary()and builds a Jackson 2 mapper, and the repo has been archived since December 2023, so it won't get a fix.Schema parser options:
objectMapperConfigurer/objectMapperProvider: it's a Jackson 3 mapper now (#925), all fields share one mapper by default instead of each getting its own, and the configurer gets theJsonMapper.Builderinstead of the mapper. Also says what the library's mapper does differently from plain Jackson 3 (fails on unknown properties, enums byname()) and that a provider's mappers are used as they are.unmappedInputFields: plain Jackson 3 and Spring Boot mappers drop unknown fields, so that's the case the warning is mostly about now.missingResolverDataFetcheris replaced bymissingResolverDataFetcherProvider(#915).introspectionEnabledis gone (#912). The graphql-java switches to turn introspection off moved underfieldVisibility.addProxyHandler: a JDK dynamic proxy resolver fails the build now (#913).Directives: invalid applied directives fail the build instead of logging a warning (#914).
Schema definition: a method that takes the environment or context in an argument's place fails the build (#911).
The rest of the behaviour changes (repeated declarations, nested wrappers, Jackson 3 defaults, legacy context fallbacks) are only in the release notes, since no page covers them.
Built it locally with Hugo 0.168.0 (same as the workflow). No errors.
