…, scoped node Dogfooding the lab on a real project (DeltaByteLab/VNChessAcademy #7 → PR #17) plus a UX study of Lovable, Bolt, Replit Agent, v0, Devin, Copilot coding agent and Cursor background agents (docs/plans/non-tech-ux.md, the ranked plan). Board (plan #5 + #10): - Tabs: Projects · New idea · Tasks · Computers · Activity · Files; the header drops the tenant id. - "Work on this" / "New idea" ask one question — "Where should the AI work? On our servers / On my computer" — with the scope hint; engine (Fast / Thorough) and the CLI helper move under Advanced. "Create session" → "Start working". - Task and computer states in words (Not started, Working…, Couldn't finish, Ready for review, Disconnected…); Register runner → Connect this computer, Revoke → Disconnect. - Home checklist + Ctrl+K: "Connect an AI account", "Try a small first task", "Connect where your code lives", "Set a spending limit", "Use your own computer (optional)". Fixes found by the live run: - PR title was "fix: #7 #7 <title>" for every ticket and never linked the issue → PullRequestText: Conventional type from the ticket's type:* label, issue number once, "Closes #N" in the body. - The agent could not run the repo's Node reference decoder in scoped mode → allow `node tools/*`, `node scripts/*`, `node ./*` (still not `node -e`). - Try again kept showing the old "Failed" repo badge → reload the repo rows. Performance: the Tasks table rescanned every session-repo row for every session on each render (O(sessions × repos)); it now groups them once per load.
