Change description

A failed task showed its raw error in 11px red. TaskFailure classifies the stored error (stopped · no AI account · computer not connected · GitHub access expired · spending limit · missing permission · timeout · build · tests · Thorough refusal) into a headline, one sentence and one primary action (Try again / Fix it for me · Connect an AI account · Connect a computer · Reconnect GitHub · Change the limit). Raw text under Details. Plan item #1 of docs/plans/non-tech-ux.md.

Type of change

  • New feature

Checklist

  • dotnet build Release
  • TaskFailureTests (real lab error texts + a no-jargon guard)
  • No secrets
  • Live card on the lab — after merge

…details on demand

A failed task showed its raw error in 11px red ("No paired runner connected for
member '…' in tenant '…'", "exit -1:", an agent's three-paragraph apology).
TaskFailure classifies the stored error — stopped, no AI account, computer not
connected, GitHub access expired, spending limit, missing permission, timeout,
build, tests, Thorough-mode refusal — into a headline, one sentence of advice
and ONE primary action (Try again / Fix it for me, Connect an AI account,
Connect a computer, Reconnect GitHub, Change the limit). The raw text stays
under Details. Rules are ordered and unit-tested with the real error texts from
the lab, plus a guard that no jargon (runner, PAT, tenant, CLI…) reaches the copy.
