Overview
Release 0.130.0 bumps the package version and changelog for Link recurring spend on vault Link cards.

Vault / Link: LinkCardVaultItemSpec gains optional recurring (interval, interval_count) so Link cards can represent subscription-style spend limits per period; docs clarify amount is the per-period cap when recurring is set. New pass-through types LinkUserInfo and LinkShippingAddress are exported, and vault item expand / available_expansions add link_user_info and link_shipping_addresses. Kernel card and fill typings/docs are updated for alias-mode pending_authorization / spend_approval, and timeout_ms on fill is marked deprecated (ignored).

Pagination: Offset pagination hasNextPage now keys off nextPageRequestOptions() so empty pages can continue when X-Has-More is true, stops when X-Next-Offset equals the current request offset, and tests cover these cases.
