Add "Stop Alarm Button" to Alarm Bot #145

The Alarm Cot currectnly lacks a way to stop the alarn once it starts ringing. When the set time is reached, the alarn plays continously woth no option to stop it. I would like to build a "Stop Alarnm" button to allow users to stop the ringing sound without difficulties

Current Behavior:

• User sets an alarm time
• When time matches, the alarm starts playing sound.wav
• The sound loops continuously with no way to stop it
• User must close the entire application to stop the sound

Proposed Behavior:

• User sets an alarm time
• When time matches, the alarm starts playing sound.wav
• A "Stop Alarm" button appears or becomes active
• User clicks "Stop Alarm" and the sound stops immediately
• The alarm resets and can be set again

1. Morning Alarm

   • User sets an alarm for 7:00 AM to wake up
   • Alarm rings at 7:00 AM
   • User wakes up and clicks "Stop Alarm" to silence it
   • User goes about their day

2. Reminder Alarms

   • User sets an alarm for a meeting reminder
   • Alarm rings at the set time
   • User stops the alarm and attends their meeting
   • No need to restart the application

3. Testing the Alarm

   • User sets an alarm for 1 minute in the future
   • Alarm rings after 1 minute
   • User stops the alarm to test functionality
   • Can immediately set another test alarm

4. Accidental Alarms

   • User accidentally sets an alarm for the wrong time
   • Alarm starts ringing unexpectedly
   • User quickly stops it without closing the whole app
   • Sets the correct time immediately

1. Add a global variable to control alarm state:
