WalkthroughThe change adds and registers an Azure inference provider with API-key and Entra ID authentication, model discovery, and LLM and embedding model creation. It also adds Vertex AI provider tests and updates the LLM model ID in two OpenAI test expectations. ChangesAzure inference provider

Review comments at @src/providers/inference/azure/provider.py:
- Around line 92-94: Update the Azure model-selection path that creates
OpenAIResponsesModel to check the configured api_version before offering chat
models. Reject or omit chat models for versions earlier than 2025-03-01-preview,
or select a compatible chat model for those versions.
- Around line 73-77: Update the discovery flow that calls
`self._get_provider.client.models.list()` so it publishes Azure deployment IDs
rather than base-model IDs. Use a suitable deployment source, or accept
explicitly configured deployment IDs without requiring them to pass the
model-list discovery check in `InferenceProvider._filter_discovered`.
Review comments at @src/providers/inference/openai/provider.py:
- Line 118: Update _filter_discovered and _infer_model_type so unrestricted
discovery excludes IDs whose model type is unknown, rather than treating them as
chat models by default. Preserve the existing "llm" fallback for explicitly
allowed custom models, and publish unknown IDs only when they have an explicit
model_type.

Learning: In this repository, it is acceptable for Python package `__init__.py` files to contain functional code (not only docstrings/metadata) and to perform package-level re-exports. Do not flag `__init__.py` solely for containing imports or other logic used to re-export symbols; this is allowed when it’s implemented via imports and `__all__` (or otherwise clearly intended to define the package’s public API).

Description
Implements the Azure OpenAI runtime inference provider under
src/providers/inference/azure/as a concreteInferenceProviderforAzureInferenceProviderEntry, registered onPROVIDER_CLASSESasazure.The provider always builds an LCORE-owned
AsyncAzureOpenAIclient and wraps it with Pydantic AI’sAzureProvider. Authentication supports:config.api_keyconfig.entra_id, with legacy top-levelazure_entra_idas fallback (nested wins when both are set)Entra auth uses the Azure SDK token provider (
ClientSecretCredential+get_bearer_token_provider), so LCORE does not own the Entra token lifecycle (AzureEntraIDManageris not used).Model discovery and typing follow the same pattern as the OpenAI provider. Chat and embeddings use
OpenAIResponsesModel/OpenAIEmbeddingModel. Rerank is unsupported and raisesModelTypeNotSupportedError.Type of change
