[FR] Add equivalent to SequentialGuidValueGenerator #850

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Since MSSQL orders UNIQUEIDENTIFIER fields differently than (e.g. v7) UUIDs would be ordered, a system that generates its UUIDs in application code will suffer from index fragmentation as described here.

An equivalent to the SequentialGuidValueGenerator provided in EF, be it as a generator class or a function.

Describe alternatives you've considered

One alternative would be to roll my own generator by constructing UUIDv7s and then shuffling the bytes around so that the timestamp data moves to the end. I would strongly prefer to use an "official" solution.
