Description
Adds role-based data profile and deployment support, including example configurations, identity/readiness/cost checks, infrastructure and runtime integration, and focused tests. Also adds a dedicated frontend-design skill and routes custom SQL Apps UI work to it, with discoverability, packaging, and installer updates.
